I've got Netscape 4 on other machine and took a look at it there and you're
right: it looks terrible and hardly fits. I'll try and have a play around
with it and see if I can get it looking & functioning better without
sacrificing anything for those with more recent browsers. Netscape 4 is
pretty old now, but (at least here in New Zealand) is still widely used.

Well, you can type "http://localhost:8880" into the other browser's address
bar, but using the launch_browser option, the -b switch, or the tray
application's menu items will always use the computer's default browser.

Great :)

I'll try and remember to give this a go sometime soon and see what it looks
like.

The Outlook toolbar is quite different. The toolbar itself just has a
"delete as spam" button and/or a "recover from spam" button (depending on
which folder is currently displayed) and a SpamBayes button that drops down
a menu (to view clues for the current message, go to the manager dialog, get
help, and check for a new version). Given that the lack of tight
integration makes the "delete as"/"recover from" buttons impossible, the
windows tray app is fairly close to the toolbar.
Inside the manager dialog is where all the configuration options are - and
these are separated by tabs at the top (which is probably what what sounded
like what you described).
Anyway, it sounds like a reasonable thing to investigate, so I'll get to it
at some point (assuming someone else doesn't first).
