[Spambayes] trying to install

Hi, does this product work with Outlook Express? The directions for activating the addin are:

  1.. Start Outlook, and select Tools->Options to display the main Options dialog. 
  2.. Select the tab labeled Other, then click on the Advanced button. 
  3.. Click on the COM Add-Ins button. 
But, I am running Outlook Express & I don't have a tab called Other. So can I still activate the plugin?
