Hmm.  I'm having trouble finding anything about this.  Have you tried simply
redoing your SpamBayes configuration?  It looks like there's some trouble
accessing an Outlook folder, so maybe try one on a different store (i.e.
different pst file, not on Exchange/Hotmail, etc).

Does Outlook's Detect and Repair help at all?
