[Spambayes] spam folder getes deleted before my eyes

Is there any bug to spyware that goes in search of the junk email
folder? I watched mine get deleted right before my eyes. I created
another one and it went too. So I created one with a different name and
told spambayes to use it and it is still there. 
It looks like something is targeting that folder. 
 
any ideas?
