[Spambayes] Outlook-plug-in: Spambayes fails to initialize

Tony,

It looks like the only thing left in that file are the settings suggested
for experimentation.  I have included them below.  Keep in mind that this
happened a while after I made these changes, as in they worked for a while.

It looks like there is a bad value in your bayes configuration file
(default_bayes_customize.ini in your data directory, probably).
Unfortunately, the log doesn't have enough information to determine which
one it is, although I believe it will have the value "True".  Try opening up
the configuration file and seeing if there is an obvious candidate -
otherwise, send us a copy of the configuration file (x out any private bits
if necessary) and we can have a look.
