[Spambayes] install fails

Just 2 Clarifications:
1. Usually, if you close Outlook 2K in a normal manner, MAPISP32 will shut
down too, it just takes another minute or so. So don't start any
Outlook-related activity until MAPISP32 is gone - such as restarting Outlook
itself, compressing/scanning PSTs, etc.
2. Outlook 2003 eliminated MAPISP32 altogether, and good riddance, too

Thank you. MAPISP32.exe was running. When I killed it I could install.

Do you have an "Exit and logoff" menu item? If so, try that.

An Outlook process is probably autostarting. Open the task manager
(Control-Alt-Delete and then T) and look for a process called 'outlook.exe'
or 'MAPISP32.exe' - you may need to force them to quit (or stop the
auto-starting temporarily).
