It certainly makes sense to watch Inbox for spam. It's not clear whether it
makes sense to watch the Spam folder for spam -- if "Spam" is the name of
the folder SpamBayes *moves* spam into, then it doesn't make sense to watch
that too. In general, the only folders that make sense to watch for new
messages are those into which incoming email is delivered, either directly
(like Inbox), or indirectly via an Outlook rule moving a message from a
direct-delivery folder.
