There is not -- there is no option or setting or button or menu item (etc)
of any kind that will convince SpamBayes to delete email, ever.  Deleting
mail is too drastic a step for us to presume to automate.

Simplest is to visit your spam folder now and again, and do

    Ctrl+A          that selects all the messages
    Shift+Delete    that deletes them all, without going thru Deleted Items

So that's just a few keystrokes, and if you do it it's entirely your fault
if you delete something you really wanted <0.5 wink>.

If you want to get fancier, you can right-click on your spam folder, click
Properties on the context menu that pops up, and use the AutoArchive tab to
tell Outlook to delete stuff automagically on some schedule you find
comfortable.
