[Spambayes] windows disabled SpamBayes -- how do I re-enable it

Hi.  I love SpamBayes.  It has worked really well for me.
 
But two days ago, Windows XP disabled my Spam Bayes Outlook plug-in.
 
How do I re-enable it?
