[Spambayes] spambayes problem

Hi, after I try to uninstall spambayes, the problem occurs. It does not
work any more even I reinstall it. When I click DELETE as Spam, there
are no any response from my system.
 
My system: windows 2000
Outlook XP
Spambayes version:008.1
