[Spambayes] delegate access subtelty

SpamBayes acts on any message store that you tell it to.  IIRC, by default,
the config wizard selects all folders, in all stores, named "Inbox", but you
can adjust this, if it's not correct. (On the "Filtering" tab of the Manager
dialog).
