[Spambayes] Using Recover and applying Outlook rules

Just replying to my own message. This has actually started working ok
now. The only thing I can think of is that I enabled the filter timer
settings and sometime later I restarted outlook. Since I restarted it
seems to work ok and apply the rules fine.
