[Spambayes] 1.0 RC 2 does not work with my Outlook 2002

Very odd since there isn't much that changes between 1.0rc1 and 1.0rc2.

If you could, that would be great.  Install, then open Outlook, try to click
the SpamBayes button, and then quit Outlook.  Then send us your most recent
log file (the one called SpamBayes1.log), which is in your temp directory (I
don't recall where this is with NT, but the troubleshooting guide has the
location, I think).
