[Spambayes] Cannot teach Spambayes, DB _RUNRECOVERY: Fatal error, run database recovery -- fatal region error detected; run recovery'

I can no longer teach my Spambayes proxy.

It is running on a Win 2000 machine.

When I try to teach it from the web interface, locally 

or on another machine, I get the following error:

How do I run the database recovery?

I have not been able to find out on my own.
