Ok, Thanks. That was my misunderstanding. From the web page I thought it was the proxy server that classified the emails, not the client side. I'll give it a try.

There is an Outlook 2000 and above plugin that can be used with 
exchange accounts.
Spambayes is a client side filter, so we do not offer integration into 
Exchange *Server* itself.
