[Spambayes] spambayes with multiple profiles

The precedent has been set.  InBoxer already does it exactly this way.

I can take a look at doing this.  It shouldn't be that difficult since we've
already retrieved the profile name in order to get the options file.  The
question is, will everyone want to have separate databases for each profile
or will we need a way to optionally share a single database across profiles?
