I believe (testing seems to bear this out) that it's the image (the
SpamBayes logo at the top left) that causes this problem.  FWIW, it doesn't
cause a problem in other browsers (e.g. Firefox).  All the other elements of
the pages are correctly width'd.

If you really want this changed, then please open a bug tracker with this
information at http://sf.net/projects/spambayes and assign it to me
(Anadelonbrin) and I'll get to it when I can.
