I think the problem is related to how IE calculates widths when you mix
percentages with absolute pixel widths in the same table.

I tweaked a couple of margin settings in "style.css" and the FAQ seems to
render correctly in both IE 6.0 and Firefox 0.9.  If someone can push the
update to the website, we'll see how the change works for others.
