[Spambayes] Spambays Issue

By default, the plug-in is only installed for the current user, so yes, this
is probably the problem (unless the administrator installed for all users).
In the "About" page, there are instructions for installing for all users -
you (or your administrator) will need to either do that, or just install
when logged in as you.

Are you using the "Recover from spam" button?  Have you given it any ham to
train on via the "Training" tab of the SpamBayes Manager?
