Mike, are you sure you meant to send this to spambayes at python.org?  All
versions of SpamBayes we distribute are available without cost, from:

    http://www.spambayes.org

So if you're using SpamBayes, the answer is "download it".  If you're not
really using SpamBayes, I don't think we can help you.
