[Spambayes] Difficulties starting Windows 2000 service

I wonder if maybe the service didn't get installed properly? If you remove
it (pop3proxy_service.py remove) and then reinstall it, do you still get the
1069 error? What properties did you have to change in the control panel?
Does a log get created for the service? If not, then it's more than likely
to be a problem with the service installation I think, because the log is
created very early. The log would be called "SpamBayesService1.log" and be
in your temp directory (C:\Documents and Settings\{username}\Local
Settings\Temp in XP; I can't recall where it is in 2k).
