I just remembered another occasion where spambayes has misclassified a
legitimate, personal message: when I first began using gpg-encrypted
e-mail, at least one of those messages were classified as spam. A
little training solved this problem in short order. SpamBayes is great,
but when it runs into a whole new class of messages (like encrypted
messages) it doesn't know what to do. If you're lucky, the message is
only treated as suspect. Encrypted messages are particularly difficult,
because the clues that would normally appear in the body of the message
are no longer available to spambayes.
