[Spambayes] Is this coming from Spambayes?

A month or so ago I downloaded Spambayes and thought I was doing ok with
it.  I am not a techie. But give me a manual for a software program and
I am usually in a pretty safe zone.  I inadvertantly put a good email
into bad and didn't catch it,  until I realized that I was not getting
mail from an important listserv. So, I ended up uninstalling Spambayes
and hopefuly deleting my training file.  I did read all the info
provided, but the confidence level of delving into my OS is on my most
paranoid list. I am on the  Spambayes list serv to learn more about the
system and how to correct problems.  
 
Here is my problem, Is there a way to know whether or not I did get the
training file and all of Spambayes off my system, and  I am getting this
junk with Spambayes in the subject line.  See example below. Plus I'm
getting returned emails that I didn't send, which I have not opened.
I've done a virus check and seem to be ok.  I'm a little frustrated to
say the least.  Due to my own lack of knowledge, I have made things
worse not better.
