[Spambayes] Question about junk senders

3. In the past it may have been useful. Nowadays, spammers fake their e-mail
addresses anyway and change them from one fake to the next, so the 'junk
senders list' is pretty much useless. 

Bottom line: SpamBayes is enough.

In MS Outlook, after Spambayes has identified an email message as Junk
and moved it into my Junk E-Mail folder.... Do I still need to select
the message and go to the Actions Menu/Junk E-Mail/Add to Junk Senders
list?
Or is that done automatically?
Or is that feature of MS Outlook totally useless?
