[Spambayes] spambays/outlook/deleted box question

The "background processing" option should fix this (forcing spambayes to run
after any Outlook rules).  This is on by default with 1.0a9, although not in
earlier versions.  You can find it on the Advanced tab of the Manager
dialog.
