[Spambayes] Acolade and asking help on how to set up folders.

This program is great.  I've had bad experiences with several other spam 
handlers.

My last spam program required me to do the processing from a "SpamFree" 
folder.

Is SpamBayes designed to set up only 2 folders (Junk E-Mail and Junk 
Suspects) and process spamfree mail from the inbox?
