Looks like you've set SpamBayes to filter "Outlook Archives\Inbox", but
your new mail is arriving in "Mailbox - Conklin, Carroll\Inbox".  Go to
the Filtering tab in SpamBayes Manager and use the Browse button next to
"Filter the following folders as messages arrive" to change the inbox
that SpamBayes is filtering.
