Kenny,

There is no DISABLED ITEMS in the ABOUT MICROSOFT OUTLOOK pull down window.

Also there is no README.txt in OUTLOOK DIRECTORY. Then tried WINNT TEMP
directory -- It wasn't here either. I have "SHOW ALL FILES SELECTED" in widows
explorer.

Does it matter that I've installed OUTLOOK in the D drive??

TIA

If you're looking under Tools / Preferences then you're in the wrong
place. Make sure you're opening Help / About Microsoft Outlook and then
clicking Disabled Items in the about box.

The Troubleshooting Guide has this info. Go to SpamBayes / Help /
Troubleshooting Guide, then click the "All other problems" link and look
for the "Check the log file" section.
