[Spambayes] Spambayes + Outlook Express

Hi Skip,

Thanks for that - really appreciated.
I was using spambayes 1.0a7 and python 2.3.2.

Installing 1.0a9 didn't seem to solve things
immediately as there is no auto start for
sb_server.exe. So I am limping along with a
sb_server that started manually. It works.

The issue is the install doco is inconsistent
with what's shipped. Regardless of this it is
so worthwhile persisting with it because when
it's functioning it really scrubs out spam.

Again thanks for your help. If you are ever in
Sydney I owe you a beer.

Regards
Fox

I don't think we've seen reports of this problem in awhile, but for
awhile it popped up on the list quite frequently. What version of
Spambayes and Python are you running? If you're not running the latest
versions of each (1.0a9 and 2.3.3, respectively), I suggest you upgrade
and see if that helps.
