[Spambayes] Possible to merge Spambayes databases?

Hello!

I use SpamBayes both at work and home.
Is it possible to merge the Spambayes databases so I don’t have to classify
the same things as spam at home that I already have classified as spam at
work and vice versa? 

One more thing: is it possible to tell SpamBayes that messages that contain
an attachment named “Norton AntiVirus Deleted1.txt” are always spam?
