[Spambayes] Is there code to intercept email to run on Windows?

If you can help: I am going through a divorce and my husband do not want to finalized and sing the papers. I know that he is  having an affair because I have seen some email from her in his computer. How can I help my self. if I  have seen advertising on TV, about intercepting  his email. He doesn't live in my home state.
