Good! Glad to hear it.

Well, the PSF is a public charity under US tax law, so donations are what we
really want. If we have to invoice you, I'm not sure it can count as a
donation on our end. We'd have to pay a tax lawyer to tell us. So unless
you intend to contribute more than a tax lawyer costs, you'll save us money
by not contributing <wink>.

> Have you ever have this "problem" in the past?

Not yet. You're welcome to use the software without sending money! Most
people do, and that's fine. Of course, if the people sitting at those 70
workstations appreciate it enough, they're welcome to contribute out of
their own pockets.

BTW, what helps an open project more than money is people contributing back
to the project in ways that benefit the next release directly: testing, bug
analysis, code, better docs, helping others with their questions & problems
on the mailing list(s). We rely on unpaid volunteers for everything in the
project.
