[Spambayes] Remove from Spam button does not appear - SOLVED

I have a very long folder list - long enough that I cannot see the entire
list without scrolling. After sending the problem below, I discovered that
somehow in restoring Outlook the folder list had been duplicated. SpamBayes
considered the spam folder to be the one hidden at the bottom of the list.
When I clicked on the folder at the top of the list with the same name the
Remove from Spam option did not appear because SpamBayes did not consider
that to be the spam folder.

I have no idea how the folder list could have been duplicated but it all
was, headed by a duplicated top level Personal Folders icon with all the
following duplicated folders collapsed under it. I have deleted all the
duplicated folders but Outlook will not let me delete the duplicate Personal
Folders icon nor the Deleted Items folder below it.

Sorry to raise a non-issue. Pilot error.

I have had to reinstall my operating system - Windows XP Pro.

I downloaded the latest version of SpamBayes - spambayes-1.0a9.exe

After installing it I retrained it on a Spam list of over 5000 email.

Everything appeared to be working fine except that there is no toolbar
button to remove a message from spam.
