[Spambayes] Multiple Exchange Mailboxes

Has anyone had issues with configuring Spam Bayes when a user maps multiple mailboxes?  What we are seeing is, once installed, Spam Bayes will allow filtering on the additional mapped mailboxes but not the main users mailbox.  We have also seen installations where no mailboxes/inboxes were available for selection when running the configuration wizard.
