[Spambayes] Problem with POP3 Proxy: Sorting Accuracy?

1- Try to train on the same amount of spam and ham.
2- Verify that you did not do any mistake when training. (This is really 
hard to do with the web interface)
 
So my advice is to retrain from scratch.
