[Spambayes] what program can I use to open the .db file

You need to also install Python:

<http://python.org/download>

Then you open up a command window (DOS prompt, command prompt, terminal
window, whatever you like to call it), and run (eg) "python sb_dbexpimp.py
-h" and it will print out an explanation of how to use it.
