[Spambayes] how to prperly download

I attempted to download your product and was given a screen telling me
to disable my anti virus (which I do not know how to do)
I followed through the process to install and was told this was indeed
installed and in my add remove programs there it was showing proper
install. However I never had an icon or tool bar to allow me to access
the product and use the product all I had was an install icon that every
time I clicked it, it would attempt another install??? So I removed your
product but I truly wish to have your product as I was told my someone
that It works very well. HELP?? ledward9 at tampabay.rr.com
