[Spambayes] message.py contains bug (fix attached)

Thanks for the report.  This bug has already been identified, and a fix has
been checked into CVS.  The fix will appear in the next release (it was
identified too late to make it into 1.0).

(The fix is a more correct fix, allowing notate_to/notate_subject to work
correctly with any value).
