[Spambayes] help needed

What happens if you do try and download it?  You can get it from:

You probably just need to reinstall the plug-in, but you'll need to get hold
of the installer first.

If it already is installed, but just not registered, you could try running
the registration application.  This is called 'register_outlook_addin.exe'
and is in the 'bin' directory in the directory SpamBayes was installed into
(by default "C:\Program Files\Spambayes").
