[Spambayes] Moving messages failed

Please, I need help.  I no longer can select all the messages in Junk
Suspects and delete as spam.  I get a popup box:  "Moving a message failed
as one of your folders is full.  Further operations are likely to fail until
you clean up this folder.  This message will not be reported again until
spambayes is restarted.

Well, I do not know how to clean up a folder and I do not know how to
restart SpamBayes.  Help.
