[Spambayes] uninstall SpamBayes

[Storrs]

How do you uninstall SpamBayes?  It doesn't appear under Start/Programs,
Outlook Addins or the Add/Remove Programs listings.  Yet it still appears
when I start Outlook 2000.  I'm already training I Hate Spam to find spam,
and I don't need to retrain SpamBayes.

How do I uninstall SpamBayes?
