It looks like you're using Outlook Express, so I'll give instructions for
that - if you're using something else, let us know and we can explain
further.  I'll also assume that you're just using the one mail server, and
have successfully set up SpamBayes, using port 110 to proxy.

In OE, go to Accounts from the Tools menu, and select the mail account
(clicking the Mail tab might help find it).  Click Properties.  Click the
Servers tab.  In the "incoming" box, write "localhost" (without the quotes).
Ok & close your way back out again, and you're done.

Note that for Outlook Express you also need to have ticked the "Notate
Subject" or "Notate To" unsure & spam boxes on the main SpamBayes
configuration page.  (Go to http://localhost:8880/config to do that).
