Assuming that you are either using Microsoft Outlook (2000 or above) or
getting mail via POP3, with Windows (98 or above):

  1.  Download the installer - follow the instructions on
http://spambayes.org/windows.html

  2.  Double-click the installer when it's finished downloading.

  3.  Follow through the installation process.
