[Spambayes] Problem

I had to rebuild my computer from the ground up (format and reload everything).  Everything except the ability to "train" SpamBayes" has returned.  I followed the troubleshooting guide for both "toolbar items appear, but fail to work" and "  Addin doesn't load"  just in case on the second item.  After the remove tool bar and restart windows I am experiencing the same problem.  I even reloaded the program and made sure that I am running the most recent version.  I am running Outlook XP (2002).  Your program did work prior to the rebuild.  What can I do to regain this fuctionality.
