[Spambayes] Feature Request: Click "delete as spam"=move to DELETED folder instead of "Junk Mail" folder

When I click "Delete as Spam" in Outlook, it mvoes the message to the "Junk Mail" folder.  When I specifically click this button, I've already identified it as spam and I don't keep spam.  I'd MUCH prefer to have it move the spam messages to the DELETED folder so that I don't have to come back and move them out of the JM folder later.

I DO however think that if SB identifies a message as spam, it SHOULD be moved to the JM folder for me to review. 

Also is there ANY way to have it NOT play the mail notification sound UNLESS a ham message arrives?  I'm thinking maybe SB could play it's OWN notification sound (allow me to choose a WAV file) and I would disable the system mail notification sound.
