[Spambayes] DEP against SpamBayes

Thanks for this little clue. The behavior is the same for Windows Server
2003 SP1. With DEP on Outlook refuses to load with the Spambayes add-in
enabled, with Outlook added as an exception Spambayes works normally.

My computer with WXP is armed with DEP. It prevents Outlook to load the
add-in until I exlude Outlook from the DEP.
