[Spambayes] Spam BayesTool Bar looses function

After trying prescribed fixes,delete tool bar and restart, also delete
outlook file, outcmd.dat, for toolbar and restart, and reinstalling spam
bayes my problem still exists..I've used this for 3 years and is integral to
my system..Can anyone help??
