[Spambayes] Messages in folders are checked, but not moved

I sort mail from my inbox into several subfolders within the inbox using
Outlook rules.
SPAM messages in subfolders get scanned and identified (they are marked as
READ), but they don't get moved to the Junk Mail folder.  They are not
duplicated either - when I SPAM those messages, I don't end up with multiple
copies in the Junk Mail folder.
 
I have Spambayes set to check INBOX and SUBFOLDERS is checked - and it is
clear that the messages ARE being scanned and marked as read.  How can I
make Spambayes MOVE those messages?
