[Spambayes] icon in systray not "active"

The traceback in your log implies that this error may have been as Windows
was starting up.  If you explicitly start the pop3proxy program from the
start menu, does it work?  If not, can you please try it, then immediately
resend your log.  I expect the error in that case would be different.

Either way, a google search shows that it is indeed possible for this error
to happen as Windows starts.  I've submitted a patch at sourceforge.
Hopefully someone will be able to test it and it may make it into a future
SpamBayes release.

However, if your problem is *not* related to Windows startup, I expect my
patch will not help.
