Yes, but. Outlook Express is more like non-Microsoft clients (Eudora,
etc) than Outlook. Outlook is a special case in that it has its own
version of SpamBayes (the plug-in). Outlook Express cannot use the
plug-in, and must be set up like any other (non-Outlook) client. See
